If you had a shareholding which was previously accessible from the online shareholder portal known as Signal shares, it is now accessible via a brand new platform called Investor Centre.
Investor Centre allows you to manage and monitor multiple shareholdings in one place, take part in online voting, keep your personal details up-to-date, and access a range of information including payment history, communication preferences, and digital documents all in a central location.
Investor Centre is also available as a free app for smartphones and tablets, offering you the same functionality as the website. The app is available to download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
This is a replacement platform and your Signal shares account details will not work for Investor Centre – you will need to register a new account unless you have already set one up specifically for Investor Centre. You will require your Investor Code (IVC) to add any shareholdings to your account and this can be found on your share certificate(s).
If you are using the app you will be able to benefit from the additional security provided by multi-factor authentication.
We would encourage you to make use of Investor Centre.
