Bloomsbury is pleased to announce that, subject to his election at the Annual General Meeting, James Harding will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 16 July 2024, and will also become a member of the Audit Committee. 

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R.
