The Company was included as a constituent of the Index with effect from 1 August 2024.

FTSE 250 inclusion is a significant milestone for Bloomsbury and builds on the outstanding progress and growth achieved to date.

This comes as a result of the successful delivery of our entrepreneurial diversification strategy which has forged a portfolio of portfolios combining consumer and academic publishing across formats, territories and subject areas.
